RV LIFE Trip Wizard regularly adds features, improvements and bug fixes with frequent releases. Instead of sending an email alerting you each time a change or improvement is made, a popup window will appear with a red dot when a new announcement is available. Once you view the article, the red dot will disappear.
To view the information again, click the Resource Center button and select Announcements.
The red dot will reappear when a new announcement is available, so you'll never miss out on any important features!
Sharing Feedback
Some announcements may also include a Share Feedback option. If available, you can click Send Feedback to open the feedback window.
You will see two options here:
Use Share Feedback if you would like to send ideas, suggestions, or product feedback to the team. This option is best for sharing what is working well or what could be improved.
Use Contact Support if you need help with something that requires a response, follow-up, or action from the team. This option is best for account questions, technical issues, or other concerns that need direct assistance.
The Share Feedback option may not be available in every announcement. If you would like to share feedback about something else in Trip Wizard, click the Profile icon and select Give Us Feedback.
