Accessing the New Trip Drawer

  • Updated

The Trip Drawer is the main workspace for managing your trip in RV LIFE Trip Wizard. From the Trip Drawer, you can access your trips and Trip Tools, manage your Trip Itinerary, add and reorder stops, view travel details, and make changes to your trip.

Accessing Your Trips

When first logging into your RV LIFE Trip Wizard, you'll be prompted to choose the Trip you want to work in. You can always go back to your Trip list by selecting Trips at the top of the Trip Drawer to open Your Trips, where you can create a new trip and view your existing trips.

Your trips are organized into three tabs: Active, Tentative, and Archived. Click a tab to view the trips in that category.

  • Active – Trips you are actively taking.
  • Tentative – Trips you are planning.
  • Archived – Trips you have archived and no longer need displayed with your current trips.

Choosing Which Stops to Display

The Trip Itinerary view filter lets you choose between All Stops and Overnights Only.

All Stops displays both your overnight destinations and Travel Day Stops.

Overnights Only provides a simplified view by displaying only your overnight destinations. This can make longer trips easier to review without displaying every fuel stop, rest stop, or other Travel Day Stop.

Even in Overnights Only view, you can see which travel days include Travel Day Stops. The bubble between overnight stops displays the distance and estimated travel time for that portion of your trip. If Travel Day Stops have been added, it also displays the number of stops, such as 1 Stop or 2 Stops.
