Why am I receiving pre-departure emails?

Pre-departure emails are sent so that you receive essential information, reminders, and tips before you embark on your journey. You will receive these emails if you have pre-departure emails turned on. 

To toggle pre-departure emails on or off:

  • Open your RV LIFE Profile.
  • Click on “Account Settings”.
  • Under Account, click on "Edit Notifications".
  • Click on "Trip Reminders".

  • Toggle "Pre-Departure Emails" to on or off.
  • Click "Save".
Note: Pre-departure emails are only sent for Active Trips. If a trip is moved to Tentative, no pre-departure email will be sent.
