First, make sure that the campgrounds icon (top right) is toggled on.
When these campground icons appear on your map, this means that there are campgrounds in the area. You may need to zoom in on an area for more detailed information.
One reason for icons not appearing as expected (or as expected based on filter preferences) could be that you are zoomed too far out on the map. As you zoom in, your Park filters start taking effect. Keep in mind that if you have set your filters to only display certain types of parks, you may not see all parks in an area.
Both these settings (campgrounds display and filters) are easy to toggle on and off to achieve the desired view.
Troubleshooting Tip: Campgrounds usually disappear because one or more map filters are active, or the map refreshes based on your current zoom level and visible area. Try clearing your campground filters and zooming the map out a bit to see if they return. If they don’t, send us a screenshot and we’ll be happy to help.
