Campground owners can reply to reviews for their campground directly from their Campground dashboard.
On the dashboard:
- Click on “Reviews” at the top navigation bar. This will open the Review Management page.
- You will find Reviews Without Responses, Drafts, Ignored, and Reviews Responded To in this screen.
- Reviews Without Responses show all the reviews that you haven’t responded to. Click on a review to open the Reply to a Review page.
- You will find the review and the star ratings that the user left on this page. In the text box below, enter your response to the review and click "Send Reply."
Your review reply will then be updated on the park’s profile page. Please note, campground owners cannot contact the reviewer directly outside of replying to their review or edit reviews that have been submitted.
