How Do I Cancel My Subscription Or Trial?

You can manage your subscription or trial from the Billing Overview page. This page can be accessed through RV LIFE Trip Wizard, RV LIFE Mobile App, or from your Profile page. Here's how to access the Billing Overview page:

Through RV LIFE Trip Wizard:

  • Log in to RV LIFE Trip Wizard and click on the Profile icon at the top right corner of the screen.
  • Click on “Your Account” from the drop down menu and click on “Account Settings”.
  • Under Account & Security, click on “RV LIFE Pro Subscription”. 
  • This will open the Billing Overview page in a new tab. 

Through RV LIFE Mobile App:

  • Open the RV LIFE Mobile App 
  • Tap on "More" on the bottom right of the screen.
  • Under the tools section, tap on "Your RV LIFE Pro Subscription".
  • This will open the Billing Overview page on your browser.

Through Your Profile Page:

  • On your web browser, go to profile.rvlife.com
  • Once you've logged in using your RV LIFE account credentials, click on "Account Settings".
  • Scroll down and click on "RV LIFE Pro Subscription".
  • This will open the Billing Overview page in a new tab.
Note: The Billing Overview page will look different for members who subscribed through the RV LIFE website and for members who subscribed through the Google Play Store/App Store. 

 

Subscription Through RV LIFE Website:

Members who purchased the subscription from the RV LIFE website can manage their recurring subscriptions, update payment information, and view payment history. They can also download invoices for previous payments. 

This is what the Billing Overview page will look like to members who subscribed through RV LIFE:

To cancel your RV LIFE Pro subscription, toggle Recurring Billing to "Off". This will ensure your subscription will not auto-renew once the subscription period is over.

 

Subscription Through App Store/Google Play Store:

Members who purchased the subscription from Google Play Store or the App Store will not be able to manage their subscription through the Billing Overview page. They will have to do so from the respective Stores.

This is what the Billing Overview page will look like to members who subscribed through the Google Play Store/App Store:

These members will have to cancel their subscription through the Google Play Store or the App Store.
